Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local attractions, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. 
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Assist guests with luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring their belongings are handled with care. - Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. - Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures. - Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and lobby area. - Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and car rentals. - Offer personalized concierge services, including dining recommendations and activity bookings. - Ensure security and proper handling of guest property and luggage. - Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. - Assist in maintaining inventory of bell carts and other equipment. - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the welfare of guests and staff. - Perform other duties as assigned by management to enhance guest satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
