Responsibilities:

<li>Perform tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal as needed</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for tree care services</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and insure timely submission of reports</li>

As a Tree Foreman, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage your team and communicate with clients. You will also need to have a deep understanding of tree care techniques and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of both your team and the trees. Additionally, proficiency in operating and maintaining tree care equipment is essential to the success of this role. Finally, you will need to be able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Landscape Technician- Full Time
RiverWoods Exeter is currently hiring for an experienced Landscape Technician to come and join our team!&nbsp;The Landscape Technician is responsible for the care, safety and appearance of the grounds, and associated equipment and vehicles.&nbsp;This is a Full Time M-F benefits eligible position.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Duties include routine landscape maintenance including Fall and Spring cleanups, planting, mulching, edging, plant removals, mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, sweeping, and other such tasks.&nbsp;Experience with residential and or commercial irrigation a plus. Winter duties also includes snow removal, plowing shoveling and otherwise clearing and treating roadways, parking areas, walkways, stairways, and cleaning resident cars.&nbsp;

<li>Ability to obtain a DOT medical card</li>
<li>Ability to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle </li>
<li>Ability to operate large equipment including dump truck, loader, tractor, plow equipment, and trailers preferred</li>
<li>Green SnowPro Certification a plus</li>
<li>Horticulture training or certification a plus</li>
