<li>Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.</li>
<li>Contract Management: Overseeing the preparation and execution of contracts with subcontractors and vendors.</li>
<li>Project Closeout: Managing the final stages of the project, including punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout documentation.</li>

<li>Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, manage client expectations, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.</li>
<li>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as Procore, Sage Intact, Buildr</li>
