• Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and children. 
• Supervises classroom staff, students, and volunteers; provides regular feedback about job performance. 
• Supports volunteers, practicum students, and staff through modeling techniques and strategies that connect theory to practice.

Completion of a high school level 2-year career and technical education course in teacher education; b. A 3-credit college course in child or human growth and development; c.
