Job Description
The Operations Manager for Student Success supports system development and supporting the daily operations for the Student Success Center. They are responsible for overseeing administrative processes and workflows within the center to advance the center’s mission.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $24.47 - $30.59 per hour.

Core Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Design, maintain, and improve business processes and administrative systems to bolster initiatives and priorities within the Student Success Center. </li>
<li>Act as primary Student Success Center contact with outside organizations and other departments, responding to technical, administrative, or operational questions and ensure necessary follow up. </li>
<li>Oversee the Student Success Center’s use of Advocate/Maxient database software; Analyze related procedures and workflows and lead or make recommendations for improvements. </li>

Requirements

<li>A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. </li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in college student services. </li>
<li>Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google apps, etc. and a willingness to be trained in new software platforms including Oracle, Power BI, Maxient, Banner. </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. </li>

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an energetic and experienced Medical Social Worker, MSW, for a per diem opportunity performing home health visits our Londonderry Office. This office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout New Hampshire
Prior home care experience preferred, but not required. As a Medical Social Worker, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. 

Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.</li>
<li>Assist our team in understanding the social and emotional factors related to our clients’ health problems.</li>
<li>Provide clinical social evaluations and plan appropriate interventions based on evaluation findings.</li>
<li>Identify appropriate community resource referrals to address the client’s and the family’s practical and environmental needs.</li>
<li>Act as an advocate for both the client and the family to navigate the patient through the community system.</li>
<li>Participate in the development of the total plan of care with the multidisciplinary team of BAYADA clinicians, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain contracts with public and private agencies as resources for the patient.</li>
<li>Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives in community resources to promote the patient's health, safety, well-being, and independent living.</li>
<li>Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for the ideal candidate:
<ul>
<li>A minimum of a Masters in Social Work, with at least 2 years of community-based experience.</li>
<li>Accreditation by the Council on Social Work Education, as demonstrated by school transcript or degree.</li>
<li>Home care experience a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to cases, as assigned.</li>

Medical Social Worker, Home Health

Our client is looking to bring on a Mechanical Inspector. This is a 1st shift direct hire opportunity with a 4 day work week and overtime. 
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Perform detailed dimensional inspections on manufactured components utilizing precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines.</li>
<li>Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and GD&amp;T specifications to ensure accurate measurement setups.</li>
<li>Conduct quality inspections in accordance with ASME codes &amp; standards and ISO 13485 requirements for medical device manufacturing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot measurement issues and improve inspection processes.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and ensure traceability in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.</li>
<li>Support calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to uphold calibration standards.</li>
<li>Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues related to dimensional discrepancies or tooling defects.</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in Mechanical Inspectors, Quality Inspections and Quality audits. </li>
<li>Proficiency in CMM programming using PC-DMIS or Calypso software.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of quality control principles, quality inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 standards, and ASME codes &amp; standards.</li>
<li>Experience with blueprint reading, GD&amp;T, and schematic interpretation</li>
</ul>
