DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The dishwasher serves as a contributing member of the dining services team.  About this Role:
 MiniLuxe is hiring Studio Directors who are passionate about their craft and providing high-quality nail care services. This individual is a passionate leader of culture who drives the client experience, team development and ensures clean standards and consistent operational excellence. The Studio Director is accountable to deliver on annual revenue goals.
 
What You’ll Do:

<li>Serving as a MiniLuxe brand ambassador </li>
<li>Is accountable to ensure that Clean Lab standards are being met consistently</li>
<li>Is accountable for a clean client and studio atmosphere daily</li>
<li>Maintains the studio in top condition through regular utilization of RSM and HQ partnerships</li>
<li>Leads the studio team to share our ‘Clean’ story with every new client</li>
<li>Leads a People First team and studio culture</li>
<li>Ensures a brand client experience for every client</li>
<li>Upholding MiniLuxe standards of hygiene and cleanliness</li>
<li>Upholding MiniLuxe protocols and service standards</li>
<li>Delivers on Annual Revenue Goals

<li>Effectively analyzes P&amp;L opportunities and adjusts approach to meet results</li>
<li>Effectively analyze Vital Signs and articulate to business needs</li>

Who You Are: 

<ul>
<li>This role requires 2+years experience and a valid state issued license. This role may require you to work in multiple MiniLuxe studios and/or at off premise events.</li>
<li>Organized and disciplined at delivering on a deadline in an entrepreneurial environment </li>
<li>Self-motivated and takes initiative with a positive, fun, and upbeat demeanor -- the ability to think outside the box and have fun while you are doing it! </li>
