Adolescent Consultation Services (ACS), a nonprofit mental health agency serving the Middlesex County Juvenile Courts of Massachusetts, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time (40 hours/week) mental health clinician position.
This exciting new position has been created in response to the needs of our target population of youth and families. While based in Cambridge, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in helping ACS expand partnerships with nearby school systems by providing school-based services during the school day. Upon hire, the successful candidate will join a collaborative, dynamic countywide treatment team, which is overseen by the Director of Treatment.
Essential Functions:

<li>With the overarching goal of expanding and deepening our reach, working alongside the Director of Treatment to enhance existing school-based program delivery and explore opportunities for program expansion.</li>
<li>Conduct intake screenings and assessments for court-involved and at-risk youth referred by schools, courts, or the District Attorney’s office within Middlesex County.</li>
<li>Provide school- and clinic-based individual therapy and family consultation in-person and/or via telehealth.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.</li>
<li>Independently licensed to provide mental health services in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC).</li>

<li>Maintains adequate stocking of exam rooms on a weekly basis.</li>

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator who can provide essential support, structure, and guidance to our hospice volunteers. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring that our volunteers are well-equipped and aligned with Hospice policies and procedures, and Medicare regulations. They will manage all aspects of our volunteer program, additionally providing administrative support to the Hospice Clinical Director and actively participating in quality improvement efforts within our hospice program.

Key Program is seeking Overnight Awake Shift Workers in Greenfield, MA, for their residential program, serving up to nine adolescents referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Shift Worker is responsible for the welfare of the children/youth in Key’s residential programs during the overnight hours (11pm – 7:30am). They monitor clients, perform bed checks, and implement safety and security procedures. Join a dedicated team of supervisors, clinician, occupational therapist, nurses, and direct care staff to maintain a trauma-sensitive, structured, and therapeutic environment where teens can thrive. <li>performs and documents client bed checks every 15-minutes and program security checks at required intervals throughout the shift.</li>
<li>engages clients and develops positive, appropriate, and supportive professional relationships utilizing a strength-based, client-centered approach.</li>
<li>follows program safety and security policies including closely supervising clients; adhering to program procedure manual as a guide to maintain consistency and structure; conducting searches and security checklists; always remaining alert and security conscious.</li>
<li>assists clients with their routines such as morning wake-up, meal preparation, school preparation, medication administration, room and program cleanup, transportation, etc.</li>
<li>follows policies for providing timely notification of actual or suspected program incidents and completes accurate and timely associated documentation.</li>
