Provides counter service to MBTA Bus and Light rail employees who need parts/equipment to perform their duties. The Material Planner will receive in stock, perform cycle counts, assist with inventory control, data entry, issue parts, customer service and occasional driving for pick-ups.

Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:

About the Role 
Alumni Ventures is seeking a Paralegal to support the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring the firm operates in a legally compliant, accurate, and efficient manner while achieving its business objectives. This role is a key contributor within the Legal &amp; Compliance team and plays a critical part in regulatory filings, fund offerings, compliance administration, and corporate governance support.
The Paralegal will be trusted to manage time-sensitive regulatory deliverables, identify opportunities to improve processes, and build strong working relationships across the organization. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
This position is based in AV's Manchester, NH headquarters and works cross-functionally with teams including marketing, investor relations, registered representatives, fund accounting, administration, and technology. This position is a hybrid role, with an expectation that this individual will work in the office M/T/Th/F. 
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Prepare fund offering materials and complete initial registration filings and Blue Sky filings in accordance with regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Support compliance review and approval of marketing materials</li>
<li>Track compliance deadlines and maintain the organizational compliance calendar</li>
<li>Track and ensure investor accreditation requirements are met</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams involved in fund offerings, including marketing, registered representatives, investor relations, fund accounting, administration, and technology</li>
<li>Manage and improve legal and compliance documentation, databases, and record-keeping systems</li>
<li>Support compliance requirements for AV personnel, including investment staff and registered representatives</li>
<li>Assist with administration of compliance programs operating on monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules</li>
<li>Support monitoring of data security and cybersecurity resources, escalating alerts and reports as needed</li>
<li>Assist with audits related to employment and governance records, including NDAs, equity grants, and financial disclosures</li>
<li>Support corporate governance, contracts, and other legal projects as directed by the General Counsel</li>
</ul>
Who You Are 
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience providing legal, compliance, or financial administrative support in a financial services organization or law firm</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience with fund offering documents, securities filings, marketing materials, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Exceptionally detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality execution</li>
<li>Strong time management and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with senior and peer stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Technically proficient and comfortable learning new systems and tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, proprietary platforms)</li>
<li>Professional, dependable, and proactive with a positive, problem-solving mindset</li>
<li>Able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or clarification</li>
<li>Familiarity with major AI platforms and capabilities (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini)</li>
</ul>
