<li>Ensuring animals receive the best quality care including feeding, cleaning, exercising, socializing, enrichment, training, behavior observations and health/welfare monitoring.</li>
<li>Facilitating adoptions by matchmaking animals with prospective adopters using a conversation-based approach with a goal of identifying the best possible outcome for the person and the animal.</li>
<li>Answering incoming phone calls, emails and in person communications in regards to adoptions and surrenders. </li>
</ul>
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for applicants with at least six months of previous work with animals. Previous animal shelter experience is a plus! Applicants should also demonstrate excellent judgment and interpersonal skills and are eager to work to support the human-animal bond.
