<li>Perform all work in accordance with time standards while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Cable preparation; including stripping, tinning, and labeling.</li>
<li>Assemble using hand tools and power tools.</li>
<li>Gluing and sealing using Loctite, epoxy, RTV and other compounds.</li>
<li>Work with various sized materials.</li>
<li>Solder and assemble various components.</li>
<li>Identify product defects and report to trainer/leader.</li>
<li>Handling of sensitive materials and equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment and a clean and safe work environment. </li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Identifies low inventory and communicates appropriate.</li>
<li>Set up and use test equipment to record, compile and evaluate data.</li>
<li>Assist in other functional areas when/if necessary.</li>
<li>Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.</li>

Your Contributions

<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to understand quality control principles</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision</li>
<li>Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.</li>
<li>Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude</li>
<li>Ability to keep records of production quantities and time</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others and within a team environment</li>
<li>Willingness to switch tasks frequently when required</li>
<li>Self-motivation skills</li>
<li>High attention to details</li>
<li>Soldering experience is desired, but not required</li>
