Part-Time Maintenance Technician supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Hatfield Rally House by performing routine facility upkeep, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. This position does not involve janitorial or custodial responsibilities — the focus is strictly on technical maintenance, repair, and facility functionality. &nbsp;
Key Responsibilities Facility &amp; Equipment Maintenance * Perform minor repairs on sports courts, lighting, nets, doors, and other facility fixtures. * Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upkeep under supervision or in coordination with vendors. * Monitor and maintain recreational equipment to ensure safe, optimal performance.
 Preventative Maintenance * Conduct regular inspections of building systems, grounds, and equipment. * Assist in implementing preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
 Event &amp; Operational Support * Prepare facility equipment and systems for special events or programming needs. * Assist with setup, teardown, and adjustments to equipment layouts when needed.
