Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>
<li>Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to work around cleaning products.</li>
<li>Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.</li>

Position Description
The Sink &amp; Spout Showroom Senior Sales Associate is responsible for exceeding our customers’ expectations with superior customer service, product and industry knowledge. The Senior Sales Associate is expected to meet or exceed individual monthly sales and gross profit goals as well as strive to help Sink &amp; Spout meet or exceed its overall goals. This is a full-time position, salary plus commission, with hours that may include evenings and/or weekends.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Greet visitors by phone and in person in a friendly, professional manner.
</li>
<li>
Achieve sales success by meeting with and selling to Sink &amp; Spout customers: plumbing contractors, general contractors, builders &amp; remodelers, designers, architects, homeowners.
</li>
<li>
Be aggressively mindful of all specified sales and gross profit goals and the products that can best help achieve them.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrate proficiency in CSD, the company’s order entry and inventory system.
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Promptly prepare and distribute quotes to all involved in a project (homeowner, contractor, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Prepare and maintain Specbooks for customers.
</li>
<li>
Follow up on all quotes in a timely manner until a sales order is closed or rejected.
</li>
<li>
Work collaboratively with the contractor/builder/etc. to help ensure the project runs smoothly and on time.
</li>
<li>
Proactively keep the customer apprised of the status of their order.
</li>
</ul>

Continue to build a network of repeat customers, particularly within the trades.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate pricing on all displays.
</li>
<li>
Work with the Showroom Director to ensure all product displays in good condition and up to date.
</li>
<li>
Continue to develop knowledge and expertise on all the products and lines displayed in the store as well as industry trends.
</li>
<li>
Participation in meetings, marketing events and training events, both live and virtual, offered by the company and/or product vendors.
</li>

Help to develop and implement in-store promotions and events in collaboration with the Showroom Director and the Marketing team.
</li>

Keep the store environment (including desk area) and product literature clean, neat and attractive.
</li>
<li>
Monitor exterior storefront to ensure it is neat and tidy, e.g. windows, doors, sidewalks, plantings.
</li>
<li>
Perform all duties in a consistently safe manner, and adhere to all company safety policies.
</li>
<li>
Perform other duties as assigned.
