Essential Functions Include:

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Project Engineer is responsible for the strategic oversight and hands-on management of building systems, infrastructure projects, and utility operations across the organization. Essential Functions Include:

<li> Attend DEW project meetings with Project Manager, Superintendent, and other applicable team members </li>
<li> Prepare and track submittals and maintain log per Project Manager and Superintendent</li>
<li> Review the manpower and equipment needs for the project with the Project Superintendent and assist as necessary with how these needs are met. </li>
<li> Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with coordinating and tracking all pricing requests for the project.</li>
<li> Assist with time entry and certified payroll tracking if applicable.</li>
<li> Assist with ensuring compliance with the Companys Safety and Loss Control on all assigned projects. </li>
<li> Assist Superintendent with all project tracking including, but not limited to submittal logs, sign-in sheets, badges, logs, and insurance. </li>
<li> Assist Project Team with all on-site documentation required for the project. </li>
<li> Assist with Quality Control</li>
<li> Assist Superintendents with incomplete work list and punch list tracking</li>
<li> Must be able to handle issues in a timely manner</li>
<li> Type daily reports and correspondence as needed </li>
<li> Ensure updated schedules are maintained on-site and reviewed as they become available. </li>
<li> Maintain project files in an organized manner and in chronological order</li>
<li> Review and understand Subcontracts for assigned projects</li>
<li> Initiate all Change Orders, RFIs, and Shop Drawings in a timely manner and maintain an RFI Log, Shop Drawing Log, and Change Order Log that is updated and reviewed weekly.</li>
<li> Update Schedule weekly and ensure timely completion of work and delivery of materials to the site.</li>
<li> Closeout project in a timely and complete manner. Zero Punch list should be your objective.</li>
<li> Submit O&amp;M manuals 2 months prior to the completion of projects if possible. Assist and schedule Owner O&amp;M training with Subcontractors.

About the role 
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Design Engineer to join us as we build the world’s first quantum error correction (QEC) stack.  Don’t have a background in quantum computing?  Not a problem!  This cutting-edge technology requires a wide range of skills and disciplines, including classical computing skills.  You will learn quantum computing along the way.   
As Senior Digital Design Engineer at Riverlane, you will help develop our decoder IP, at the heart of our QEC Stack.  You will use your knowledge and expertise to support more junior engineers, interact with software and identify novel solutions to our challenging problems.

What you will do 
As a Senior Digital Design Engineer at Riverlane, you will work on one of these key areas:

<li>Implementation of QEC decoders on hardware;  </li>

<li>Implementation of low-latency, high throughput data movement between cards and IPs; or  </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Design of low-latency interfaces to bring data in the systems.  </li>

In all of the above, you will (often from scratch) design or integrate complex IPs and develop tests, collaborating closely with our Software, Verification and Testing experts to deliver an outstanding product.    
Requirements
What we need
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience with state-of-the-art FPGA platforms (e.g. AMD/Xilinx MPSoCs/RFSoCs, Altera Stratix 7 or Stratix 10) </li>

<li>Experience with ASIC environments (&lt;48nm) </li>

<li>Proven professional experience in at least one of the following areas: </li>
