 Summary: Gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Create and present QA reports to the DNS for review.  Essential Functions: 
 Job Duties:

<li> Provide outstanding customer experience for residents and their loved ones, as well as other visitors to the community. </li>
<li> Coordinates orientation of all new employees in the Nursing Department. This includes the responsibility of ensuring that each employee file is intact before and after orientation, and that each health profile is maintained and accurate. </li>
<li> Facilitates the completion of required educational components of employees of other departments as well as volunteers. These components include but are not necessarily limited to: Resident rights, resident abuse, fire and safety, and infection control. Ensures mandatory in-services are scheduled, held, and tracked. </li>
<li> Identifies educational needs through coordination of annual evaluations of staff. Completes ongoing assessment of staff performance and educational needs arising from resident conditions and treatment needs, with consideration to new policy and procedures. </li>
<li> Develops a monthly calendar of educational programs based on facility specific identified needs as well as mandatory programs in house as well as outside of the facility. </li>
<li> Coordinates provision of in-service programming from consultant and contracting agencies. </li>
<li> Collects infection tracking sheets from unit managers and completes monthly infection control surveillance report. Identify trends, review with clinical team and submit report for lab services to do a clinical analysis. Present monthly at safety meeting and quarterly report meeting for QA committee. </li>
<li> Tracks and reports vaccine compliance for staff and residents, i.e.: Flu, Pneumonia, Covid-19. </li>
<li> Determines open positions in the nursing department with scheduler. </li>
<li> Interviews and hires applicant for nursing departments. </li>
<li> Creates a file for all hires and provides to HR. </li>
<li> Completes and documents orientation for new hires. </li>
<li> Documents plan of care for resident wounds i.e. treatments and progress towards goals. </li>
<li> Reviews and analyzes incident/accident data and identify opportunities for improvement. </li>
<li> Assists DNS with investigations, i.e.: grievances, allegations of abuse. </li>
<li> Reviews clinical process related to acute transfers and identifies areas for improvement and collaborate with nursing management team to promote continued use of the INTERACT program to reduce acute transfers. </li>
<li> Tracks and analyzes medication errors to identify educational needs and opportunities for improvement. </li>
<li> Assists DNS with research, creation, implementation and assessment of policies and procedures. </li>
<li> Participates in the implementation of the ABIQIS QA program as directed by the DNS. </li>
<li> Provides guidelines for management of residents with dementia, suicidal residents, residents who may injure others, and residents who are terminally ill according to their plan of care. Act as a resource to secure information regarding plans of care as needed. </li>
<li> Facilitates new employees’ inclusion in team by providing introduction to fellow C.N.A’s, nurses and members of other departments. </li>
<li> Acquaints with residents through introductions and provides guidance as to where necessary data relative to resident’s care is located ­— utilize C.N.A resident care Kardex and care plan as guidance DAILY. </li>
<li> Orients new C.N.A’s to location of supplies. </li>
<li> Emphasizes importance of TEAM approach and ensures resident safety, rights, and dignity are maintained. </li>

<li> Provides feedback to Supervisor/Unit Manager regarding new employee’s performance at the end of week 1 orientation. If significant concerns arise prior to that time, report immediately. </li>

Position Overview
As a Mid-Tier Network Specialist at Back Bay Networks, you will be a key contributor to our service delivery team, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving client network environments. You will serve as a primary escalation point for network-related issues and play an active role in implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing wired and wireless networks across multiple client environments.
This role requires strong networking fundamentals, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both internal teams and end users. Work will be performed both remotely and on-site.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide expert-level support for client network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and ISP connectivity.</li>
<li>Independently troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues such as connectivity problems, latency, packet loss, DNS/DHCP failures, VPN access issues, and firewall rule conflicts.</li>
<li>Configure, maintain, and support firewall platforms (e.g., site-to-site VPNs, client VPNs, NAT, port forwarding, and security policies).</li>
<li>Perform on-site diagnostics, network installations, upgrades, and remediation when remote resolution is not feasible.</li>
<li>Support and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, including VLANs, subnetting, routing, and QoS where applicable.</li>
<li>Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of Back Bay Networks networking standards, tools, and supported platforms.</li>
<li>Accurately document all work performed, troubleshooting steps, diagrams, and resolutions in the ticketing system and network documentation repositories.</li>
<li>Collaborate with systems and service desk teams to resolve cross-functional issues involving servers, endpoints, and cloud services.</li>
<li>Proactively identify recurring network issues, design improvements, and capacity concerns, and communicate recommendations to internal leadership.</li>
<li>Assist with technical aspects of pre-sales activities, including network assessments, solution design, and implementation planning.</li>
<li>Support Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments for networking services such as DNS, DHCP, authentication, and secure access.</li>
<li>Maintain organized digital and physical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and client records, in accordance with company policies.</li>

Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 35 years of hands-on networking or infrastructure experience, preferably supporting multiple client environments.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.</li>
<li>Experience in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, managed switches, and wireless networking equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network performance and connectivity issues in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Windows Server environments (20122022) and Active Directory as they relate to network services.</li>
<li>Experience working with backup systems, ISP circuits, and network failover strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, documentation, and time-management skills in a fast-paced MSP environment.</li>
<li>Must successfully pass a background check.</li>
<li>Must reside within a 1-hour driving radius of our Dover, NH office to support on-site client needs.</li>

About the team and role
Data is at the heart of every decision made at Klaviyo, and we're looking for a Business Intelligence Data Engineer to join our Go To Market (GTM) team supporting Compensation Analytics. This domain of data aims to improve the experience of all Klaviyos variable compensation plans. Secondary to this, the role will support ancillary functions of the Professional Services organization. This role sits in Data Engineering as part of the GTM team, which is part of a hub and spoke model of analytics engineering at Klaviyo.
You'll build and steward the source of truth for Compensation data so People leaders and analysts can answer compensation questions quickly and confidently and turn those insights into a more incentivized, higher-performing organization. You will directly support the compensation analytics teams at Klaviyo, working cross functionally with Systems, Payroll, Audits, Planning, and People Operations.
