Essential Functions:
Safety
<ul>
<li>Promote the Callahan safety culture and lead by example when on the job site</li>
<li>Coordinate safety documentation with the field team</li>

Document Control &amp; Procurement Management

<li>Understand the Plans, Specifications and Contracts of the project</li>
<li>Manage updates of the current construction document set utilizing Procore and distribute to subcontractors/suppliers</li>
<li>Manage all RFIs and Submittals utilizing Viewpoint with consultants, subcontractors, and field staff</li>
<li>Review shop drawings and samples for compliance with contract documents</li>
<li>Review and track material deliveries as scheduled and expedite in conjunction with the Project Superintendent to ensure on-time procurement </li>
<li>Prepare and distribute meeting package (agenda and supporting documentation) in advance of the applicable meeting</li>
<li>Produce quality meeting minutes in a timely, consistent manner</li>

Project Management 
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Owner, Subcontractors and Project Team</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate updates and changes to the schedule of the project</li>
<li>Control the prompt flow of information to field team, subcontractors, and suppliers</li>
<li>Promptly communicate issues </li>
<li>Manage risk prevention to ensure that all subcontracts, insurance and badging information in in place prior to mobilization</li>
<li>Participate in the monthly schedule update meeting</li>
<li>Prepare and submit the Monthly Report to the project team with guidance from the Project Manager and Superintendent</li>
<li>Distribute 3rd party reports, deficiency logs and punch lists for execution</li>
<li>Prepare of Quarterly cost meeting reports and presentation</li>
<li>Complete closeout of the project with the Owner and Subcontractors
