Compares quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Accepts signatures for outbound as necessary. Efficiently moves product into outbound delivery vehicles. Maintains equipment and assigned areas in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Operates equipment safely and efficiently. Complies with all local, OSHA or standards. Keeps accurate records and reports. Assists in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensures proper stock rotation. Keeps all racking locations clean, free of debris, and stacks freight safely and per all OSHA standards Repacks or re-boxes cases per customer instructions. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. We will provide comprehensive training so that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you don't currently have experience.
