Commercial Construction Junior Supervisor with 3-5 Years Experience as a Commercial Construction Supervisor
Walker Development &amp; Construction Management is looking for a Junior Construction Supervisor to join our team. This position coordinates all day-to-day site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
As a Project JR Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to:

<li>Contribute to the overall success of the organization by helping to develop those around you, and by suggesting and establishing new processes and practices that will help bring additional efficiencies to the organization and its clients</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of the construction industry including construction site management, project scheduling and financial acumen</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a close attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project, and Excel</li>
<li>Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, project implications, and costs.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to perform tasks in a safe and responsible manner.</li>
<li>Experience supervising all aspects of construction projects for various types of clients and project delivery methods.</li>

This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in our manufacturing facility. You will be working closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure optimal operation of machinery and minimize downtime. Responsibilities

<li> Perform regular tests and inspections on electrical systems, including backup generators, alarm systems, and machinery controls.</li>

 Qualifications

<li> A minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li> Proven experience with blueprint reading, electrical repair, problem-solving, and Allen Bradley control systems.</li>
<li> Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.</li>
<li> Valid state electrician license.</li>
<li> Proficiency in using electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.</li>
<li> Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines.</li>
<li> Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.</li>
<li> Exceptional listening and communication skills.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li> Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li> Physical ability to lift heavy objects, crawl, and stand for long periods.</li>
<li> Willingness to work overtime, on-call, and during evenings and weekends as needed.</li>
