Catholic Charities Women's Recovery Program is seeking a full-time Medication Specialist. Sunday through Thursday, 3:00PM to 11PM.
 
Primary Responsibility: The Medication Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing resident and patient medications and facilitating the ability of the residents to continue their prescribed medications across the continuum of care and transitions in providers. 

Essential Duties:

<li>Observing and supporting residents take their medications as prescribed.</li>
<li>Directly connecting residents to providers and prescribers to start and/or continue medications.</li>

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vascular Ultrasound Technologist II to support the daily operations of a busy Vascular Laboratory. In this role, you will perform a wide range of non-invasive vascular ultrasound examinations, provide preliminary interpretations, and help ensure the lab operates efficiently and smoothly. You’ll work collaboratively with other technical staff while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and quality.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound examinations using Doppler ultrasound, B-mode imaging, and color Doppler imaging</li>
<li>Conduct exams including (but not limited to):</li>
<li>Upper and lower extremity arterial and venous duplex</li>
<li>Carotid duplex, Renal duplex, AV fistulas, Aorta studies, PVR/ABI exams</li>
<li>Review physician orders and patient medical history to ensure appropriate testing</li>
<li>Greet patients, verify identification, and maintain patient comfort and safety throughout exams</li>
<li>Provide preliminary interpretations and prepare preliminary reports for interpreting physicians</li>
<li>Accurately document, record, and bill all completed examinations</li>
<li>Maintain patient logs, statistics, and equipment readiness</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with patient privacy, safety standards, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations</li>
<li>Communicate results to physician offices, nursing units, emergency departments, and other departments as requested</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes</li>
<li>Assist with ordering and maintaining lab supplies</li>
<li>Provide instruction and guidance to students, residents, and fellows as needed</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support lab operations</li>

Required Knowledge &amp; Skills

<li>Strong understanding of vascular anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics</li>
<li>Knowledge of ultrasound physics, instrumentation, and biological effects of ultrasound</li>

<li>Familiarity with related diagnostic tests (e.g., lab tests, angiography, CT scans)</li>
<li>Proficiency in medical terminology</li>
