<li>Assist in the training and participate in orientation of new associates.</li>
<li>Attend and participate in scheduled in-service programs, training programs and associate meetings.</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants as needed.</li>
<li>Providing coaching and mentoring to Resident Services Department associates as needed.</li>
<li>Support residents and families as needed to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Assist with supervision of RSA staff during provision of care.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
<ul></ul>
<ul>
<li>Must be a RN or LPN, licensed in the state of Massachusetts.</li>
<li>Experience in assisted living or long-term care setting.</li>
<li>Basic First Aid and CPR certification.</li>
<li>Experience and passion working with seniors.</li>
