Summary
Maverick is seeking a Class A - Equipment Operator (“Operator”) to play a vital role in our construction division by operating and maintaining heavy machinery and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various types of vehicles and heavy equipment. Their expertise is crucial in completing projects on time while adhering to strict safety guidelines. Operators perform a range of tasks, including transporting machinery to job sites, operating heavy machinery based on project requirements, conducting routine maintenance and inspections, and addressing minor repairs. In addition to operating equipment, they handle material loading, unloading and provide hands-on assistance to Utility Workers. 
Responsibilities

<li>Equipment Operation: Safely and skillfully operate a range of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, cranes, skid steers, or other specialized machinery based on the specific job requirements. </li>
<li>Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on assigned equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. Ensure equipment is cleaned after shift. </li>
<li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies while operating machinery. Identify potential hazards and take appropriate action to minimize risks. </li>
<li>Project Support: Collaborate with construction crews, supervisors, or project managers to execute project plans effectively. Follow instructions as assigned by management, communicate progress, and adapt to changing. </li>
<li>Material Handling: Operate equipment to load, unload, and transport materials, supplies, or heavy objects to designated locations within the site or facility. Ensure secure and proper handling of materials to prevent damage or accidents.</li>
<li>Equipment Efficiency: Optimize equipment utilization by monitoring fuel consumption, operating speeds, and overall efficiency. Implement best practices to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.</li>

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Specialist to join our team on Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm to 11:00 pm! This individual will provide guidance and direction to residents and oversee resident activities to ensure conformance with program policies and participate in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the program milieu support the culture of recovery. 

Essential Duties:

<li>Direct and supervise the daily schedules of Women's Recovery Program and its residents.</li>
<li>Daily monitoring of residents prescribed medication(s), refills and disposal of discontinued medication(s). Witness and document residents’ daily medication intake on individual resident’s medication sheet. This includes documentation and verification on MAT’s and pain medications prescribed to residents.</li>
<li>Act as a counselor, lecturer, and group leader in the rehabilitation program. </li>
<li>Participate in the regularly scheduled staff meetings and monthly in-service trainings.</li>
<li>Admit new residents to the program in the absence of the program counselors.</li>
<li>Transport clients as necessary.</li>
</ul>
Licenses:

<li>Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC); Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor II (LADC-II; or LADC-Asst.) certification(s) preferred.</li>

In this role you will:
<ul>
<li>Educate, advocate and coach Lynn youth who require additional support to meaningfully address medical, social, and psychological needs.</li>
<li>Assist patients and/or families with effectively navigating health care and social service systems, including arranging for transportation and accompanying patients to appointments as requested by care team. </li>
<li>Participates in LCHC community outreach efforts, as appropriate and as assigned. </li>
<li>Conduct outreach and engagement activities that support patient continuity of care, including re-engaging patients and/or families in care if they miss appointments and/or do not follow up on treatment.</li>
</ul>
The successful applicant will offer:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, social work, sociology, human services, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Three or more years experience as a community health worker or case manager in a community health setting; and/or related experience in health/human services, social services or advocacy. </li>
<li>Experience in outreach within mental health, community-based treatments or medical comorbidity. </li>
<li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. </li>
<li>Willingness to openly address and acknowledge issues of addiction, substance use and mental illness.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation. </li>
<li>Bilingual and multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.</li>
