The NMTC Program Manager executes the day-to-day operations of Evernorth’s New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Plan, develop, and manage a pipeline of qualified NMTC investment opportunities that align with Evernorth Rural Ventures’ (ERV) business strategy, NMTC program requirements, and Evernorth impact objectives.</li>

<li>Coordinate internal learning specialist and Gateways services&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate IEP meetings and collect the data needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide direct services to students</li>
<li>Be a case manager for elementary students whose primary goals are academic in nature</li>
<li>Initiate and sustain ongoing communication with faculty, teachers, and the principal regarding students</li>
<li>Ensure implementation of accommodations and modifications as stated in students' IEPs, 504 plans, and private psycho-educational evaluations</li>
<li>Translate testing results into Maimonides School’s&nbsp;Individualized Learning Profiles and keep them updated</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of all students being served in the elementary school</li>
<li>Monitor progress of students receiving services</li>
<li>Help families understand service options, testing, and recommended interventions</li>
<li>Help teachers accommodate ELL students and new students entering Maimonides with little Judaic studies and Hebrew language background</li>
<li>Participate in the admissions process</li>

Required qualifications and experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years experience working in an elementary school setting as a special education teacher</li>
<li>Math or Hebrew intervention skills highly preferred</li>
<li>Expertise in executive function instruction</li>
</ul>
