Key Responsibilities

<li>Has curriculum materials prepared and ready for review that are appropriate for students and/or classroom on the caseload.</li>
<li>Participates in meetings with parents/guardians, meetings with public school systems personnel, and annual reviews as needed.</li>
<li>Attends classroom meetings, program meetings, staff meetings, and department meetings. Comes prepared with agenda and/or ready to discuss issues and solutions.</li>

<li>Conducts formal assessments of students’ speech and language skills and generates data-based written reports upon written consent from parent/guardian and school district.</li>

About the Role:
The BCBA will play a key role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support student learning, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. Youll collaborate closely with teachers, students, and families to ensure students receive individualized behavioral support in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
</li>
<li>
Provide direct and consultative services to students and school staff
</li>
<li>
Collect, analyze, and maintain data to monitor student progress and program effectiveness
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
</li>
<li>
Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management strategies and interventions
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding behavioral support services
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
</li>
<li>
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (required)
</li>
<li>
New Hampshire state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (required or eligible)
</li>
<li>
Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents (preferred)
</li>
<li>
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
</li>
